HVOF is one of its signature products. This equipment uses oxygen, propane and other fuels to burn in a high-temperature and high-pressure combustion chamber, generating supersonic spray combustion flow, accelerating the powder to supersonic speed and spraying it onto the surface of the workpiece to form a high-quality coating. Its main features include:

The flame flow temperature can reach 2600℃, and the flame flow velocity is between 1200 and 1800 m/s.
The coating has a high hardness (HV0.800-1400) and a bonding strength of ≥60MPa.
The equipment is compact in size, easy to move and suitable for on-site operations.

GTV was the first to develop the plasma /HVOF combined equipment in 1995. Nowadays, this technology has been widely adopted. Its integrated spraying system can simultaneously support multiple thermal spraying processes, including plasma spraying, supersonic spraying and arc spraying, etc. This combined device not only saves costs but also saves space by sharing components such as electrical control cabinets and gas control cabinets.
