The CCD image sensor used by Weilin MVIQ+/XLG4+has significant advantages in the field of industrial endoscopes. Compared with CMOS image sensors, CCD sensors have advantages such as high resolution, high sensitivity, high dynamic range, and low noise level. Especially in low light endoscopic detection conditions lacking ambient light, CCD, with its excellent photosensitive performance and consistent photoelectric conversion, can still capture clear, delicate, pure, and lifelike high-quality images. And its native pixels can reach up to 1.2 million, which allows the details of the detected image to be clearly displayed. For example, when inspecting the blades inside aircraft engines and gas turbines, even extremely subtle defects such as cracks and wear marks can be accurately captured, effectively avoiding missed or false detections and providing strong guarantees for the safe operation of equipment.

The single objective phase scanning 3D stereo measurement system (3DPM) is a major technological highlight of Weilin MVIQ+/XLG4+. The traditional dual objective measurement has certain limitations, while the MVIQ+/XLG4+single objective phase scanning 3D stereo measurement technology generates a 3D point cloud model through grating scanning, which can achieve accurate measurement of defects. This technology can measure based on 3D point cloud models, with over 13 measurement modes to meet the needs of different detection scenarios. In the inspection of aircraft engines and gas turbines, various defects of the blades, such as missing angle area, curling angle, erosion pit depth and other complex defects, can be accurately measured, providing important data support for the performance evaluation of engines and gas turbines. By actively scanning and constructing a three-dimensional point cloud model, inspectors can view defect conditions from various angles, comprehensively understand the characteristics of defects, and greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.

The Weilin MVIQ+/XLG4+adopts an integrated handheld portable design, fully considering the practical needs of industrial field testing. The probe cable, operating handle, display, light source, battery, and other components are highly integrated and comply with ergonomic principles. This design allows inspectors to easily carry equipment to various work sites, whether inside narrow pipelines or near equipment used for high-altitude operations, making it easy to operate. The ADR artificial intelligence assisted defect detection system has brought about an intelligent revolution in industrial testing. MVIQ+/XLG4+can be equipped with Gas Power Assist and Aiir Innovations analysis models trained on real testing data from dozens of mainstream aviation engines and gas turbines, such as CFM56, Trent series, LM2500, etc. During the detection process, the system is able to identify multiple types of defects such as cracks, corrosion, wear, and missing parts in real-time on the host, and synchronously display confidence levels. This function greatly reduces the workload of detection personnel and improves detection efficiency. When inspecting aircraft engines and gas turbines, the ADR system can quickly and accurately determine the type of defect, helping inspectors discover problems in a timely manner and take corresponding measures to avoid equipment failures.

The intelligent counting and analysis function of blades also plays an important role in the inspection process of aircraft engines and gas turbines. MVIQ+can automatically identify blades during the detection process and track and count them in real time. It supports accurate counting of blade rotation in both forward and reverse order, and can automatically track blade position in real time. Can avoid possible errors or omissions in manual counting.
