The 13th Gas Turbine Focus Conference and Exhibition 2026 (GTF 2026) will take place on May 12–14, 2026, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. This year, everyone has paid close attention to the low-altitude economy, and the discussions on-site were very lively. We participated in the GTF last year, so this year is a second time. In the important transition period, natural gas is in a very important position, and that’ s why natural gas is transitioning to hydrogen and some other green energy. We realize this fact in GTF.
This year's conference was very interesting particularly because there were several topics, I saw the Women Scientist Forum, and the Financing Forum. Thank you very much for the Organizing Committee, you were very kind in accommodating our requests. It’s a proper way to organize an event.
GTF is getting bigger and bigger, attracting many customers, OEMs, and suppliers to attend, providing a good communication platform for everyone. To truly develop the industrial chain, there needs to be sufficient awareness and familiarity within the industry. We hope to continue maintaining this level of professionalism with GTF getting better and better, and bringing greater impetus and promotion to the industry.

It’s a great forum. It’s good to see specific discussions about gas turbine, its application and how the whole supply chain works.
It’ s the third time to share the development and changes of the global gas and electricity market. Although the international market has entered a period of slow growth, there is great potential for the development of gas and electricity in the Asia Pacific region: the installed capacity in the Asia Pacific region can surpass that of North America by 2025, and will double again by 2050. Every year, we can see the localization progress of Chinese gas turbines and aero engines at the conference.
The event included an open discussion with COMAC, engine companies, and universities regarding the development of the civil aviation industry. I was deeply impressed by the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry, recognizing that future progress requires the efforts of all relevant organizations within the industry, and that exchange and learning are indispensable. I am grateful to the organizers for providing this opportunity.
