"Lanzhou Lanshi Superalloy New Material Co., Ltd., founded in 1953, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lanzhou LS Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 603169). Located in Lanzhou New Area, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, the company covers a floor area of 141,700 square meters with fixed assets of 630 million yuan.

As a comprehensive solution provider of high-end metal new materials, Lanzhou Lanshi Superalloy integrates R&D, batch production and technical services of metal new materials, equipped with a complete set of smelting, forging, casting and machining equipment. Its product range covers a full spectrum of castings, forgings and various profiles of superalloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys and high-end special steels.

Recognized as an Innovative SME of Gansu Province, the company hosts two provincial-level R&D platforms: the Gansu Provincial Technology Innovation Center for High-end Castings and Forgings and the Gansu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Nonferrous Metal Forming. It has secured 18 patents and 3 software copyrights, led or participated in the formulation/revision of over 10 national and industrial standards, and won 43 provincial-level awards for individuals or teams. The company also maintains a complete quality management system.

Domestically, it has established 4 regional branches; overseas, it has set up 3 international offices, with products selling well in many countries and regions around the world. In 2025, the company founded Lanzhou Jinchuan Nickel Alloy Joint Venture, creating a vertical industrial chain spanning "nickel ore - smelting - deep processing - high-end equipment". This initiative addresses the shortage of high-temperature alloy raw materials, integrates the high-temperature alloy smelting and 10,000-ton press forging production lines, and forms a full-value closed loop from materials to end products.
