Jiangsu Yuantsing Turbine Technology Co., Ltd. (YTT for short) was established on July 4, 2019. Located at No. 26 Liulu Road, Hudai Town, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 46 acres, with an industrial plant of 25000 square meters and more than 170 employees, it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and maintenance of high-temperature turbine blades for aviation engines and gas turbines, providing hot runner components and related services for China and even the world.

The development history of Yuanqing Power: The factory started construction in August 2020 and was completed and put into use in October 2021; Completed a phase one equipment investment worth 200 million RMB from August 2020 to December 2022 and fully invested in production; The construction of the third phase project worth 200 million yuan will commence in December 2024, with plans to put it into operation and acceptance in 2026. Since its establishment, Yuanqing Power has completed the process development and validation of nearly 200 high-temperature turbine blades, as well as batch production of some parts, covering fields such as aviation, shipbuilding, and power generation.

Yuanqing Power has the manufacturing capability of high-temperature turbine blades for aviation engines and gas turbines, with various processing technologies including creep and super cooling grinding technology, milling technology for nickel based/cobalt based high-temperature alloys, EDM/LASER drilling technology, PACKING/CVD/VAP infiltration layer technology, HVOF supersonic oxidation coating/APS atmospheric plasma thermal barrier coating/PVD/EB-PVD coating technology, argon arc welding/resistance welding/vacuum brazing welding technology, 3D scanning modeling technology, and related testing technology.
