Jiuli Yongxing Alloy is located in Huzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of more than 200 acres. At present, there are more than 40,000 square meters of standardized plant, Consak vacuum induction furnace (VIM), vacuum consumable furnace (VAR), electroslag furnace (ESR), Lanshi Heavy Industry 35MN fast forging machine, Simac 18MN diameter machine and other supporting equipment, with an annual capacity of more than 60,000 tons. In 2023, the second phase of the project was officially put into operation, and a number of imported equipment such as ALD and Consak electroslag furnace were added to further expand the company's production area, strengthen equipment and technical strength, and reach an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. In addition, the company invested in SimAC 7000 tons of fast forging machine, is expected to be officially put into production in 2026, to achieve the fast path combination.

The main products of Jiuli Yongxing alloy are vacuum induction ingot, vacuum consumable ingot, electroslag ingot, bar (tube blank), wire, plate, welding wire and so on. Products can be produced in accordance with national standards (GB), German standards (DIN), American standards (ASTM, ASME), European Union standards (EN), Japanese standards (JIS) and other standards, and can also be designed according to the special procurement standards provided by customers. The company's complete product range and personalized customized services provide customers with a variety of choices. In terms of quality management and control, we share the research and development testing platform of the two parent companies, and adopt high-end equipment such as spectral analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, ultrasonic flaw detector to ensure product quality in a full range and meet customer requirements.
