The main business is the research and development, manufacturing and sales of power system intelligent test equipment, and the provision of power system test verification services. Liance has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Nantong Changce Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Qichangshen Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., and Liance Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Liance also has multiple holding subsidiaries, including Shenzhen Depuxin Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Seedek Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. As of June 30, 2024, there are a total of 17 invention patents, 95 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 52 software copyrights.
