Shenzhen Wanze Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanze Aviation) was established in 2011. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development of high-temperature alloy materials and components, as well as the development and industrialization of hot end components for aircraft engines and gas turbines. Over the past decade, nearly 2 billion yuan has been invested in the construction of research and development and production platforms (with a planned investment scale of 4 billion yuan), and a relatively complete high-temperature alloy research and development manufacturing industry chain has been established. Wanze Zhongnan Research Institute, Shanghai Industrial Base, Shenshan Industrial Base, and Changsha Precision Casting Center have been established; We have developed a relatively complete technical capability for the entire process of high-temperature alloys, including material research and development, simulation, mother alloy melting, powder metallurgy, and precision casting. At present, it is also a private enterprise in China that possesses both precision casting and powder metallurgy capabilities, covering the entire industry from research and development of high-temperature alloy materials to component preparation.

The core technology team of Wanze Aviation is composed of more than 10 national specially appointed experts and domestic and foreign industry experts, and has introduced a group of PhD and master's degree holders as R&D backbones, building a highly innovative and experienced technical team. It is currently one of the few R&D and industrialization teams in the field of advanced high-temperature alloys in China that has reached the international advanced level.
